Talking to and involving the Owner and Bodyshop Manager, we understand the needs of the Independent Bodyshop.
From getting the ‘Wants‘ from the Lead Manager to the delivery of updates and conclusion of the project we confer at requested or set intervals. We therefore keep the management team up to date with progress of the project and its continual development long after we have handed over ownership.
In our consultative team we have people who have had the following positions within the Independent Bodyshop environment - Panelbeaters, Paint Sprayer, Estimators, Owning a Bodyshop, a Site manager of a 40,000sq ft Bodyshop with 100 employees and a Group Bodyshop Manager. With all this experience we know and understand the inside view from the Independent Bodyshop.
