Bodyshop Consulting has been busy in the last few months auditing user bodyshops of the Lean-Flow Bodyshop Solution.
The results have helped both parties understand where the bodyshop is on their journey to perform better to meet and exceed SLA's for the work providers. All those bodyshops audited have realised there is more potential from the business to be released and realised.
Jonathan Bryce assists Southern Vehicle Finishers to retain their PAS125 compliance and accreditation. Jonathan is our PAS125 expert at Bodyshop Consulting and he is here to help any business not only get PAS125 accreditation but also the important part – retaining it! Southern Vehicle Finishers were looking for a company to review their procedures and assist with pre-surveillance visits. They were already accredited with PAS125 and the Bsi Kitemark. They needed to review their processes and procedures and were recommended to speak to Jonathan. Jonathan reviewed, made recommendations and then implemented changes to make SVF’s compliance more robust. Ensuing surveillance pass proved to be good for all concerned..

We are extremely pleased to report in this months News section that Howard Basford has signed up two of its Bodyshops to use the Lean-Flow Solution. Bodyshop Consulting will be implementing the training onsite and ongoing site support. The first team from Basford received their training this week from Tony Lumb at the Lean-Flow training centre.
The Karl Vella Group, Alan Reed ARC, Holley’s Autobodies are the new Bodyshops who signed this Month for the Lean-Flow Bodyshop Solution. Great results from GB Flint, North East Accident Repair Group, Trenhams ARC to name just a few are influencing others to take a look at the Lean-Flow product.
Jobling Accident Repair Centre in Sunderland has won new business with a major work provision customer by being able to guarantee a reduced down-time.
“A fast turnaround was vital to the company; six months ago, we might not have met their criteria, but since implementing the Lean-Flow Bodyshop Solution in January our down-time has plummeted” said Graeme Parkin, of Jobling’s.
He added: “We are always looking for opportunities to grow the business, and the shorter down-time we’ve achieved by using Lean-Flow means we can present potential customers with an appealing proposition. It gives us a sales advantage that we didn’t have before.”
